glagolitic alphabet for esperanto ?

In esperanto 2/3 of the words are from roman languages and 1/3 from german so why alphabet is not slavic ? In glagolitic alphabets exsist all letters used in esperanto . It will make it even more international .

I'm not sure how the second part of your question follows from the first. All the Romance languages (minus Romanian in Moldova) and German are written in the Latin script, so it seems more consistent to preserve the alphabet.

Presumably Zamenhof chose the Latin script because it is much more widespread worldwide - used exclusively in the Western Hempishere and Australia, plus most of Europe, much of Africa, and much of Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia). Cyrillic, by comparison, is restricted to some Slavic and Turkic languages, so on average it would require an extra learning step for more people.

Besides, many speakers of Cyrillic-script languages are already somewhat familiar with Latin script, but not the other way around.

Glagolitic is not cyrillic . It is old slavi script but i understand you .

The Latin alphabet no longer belongs to the West. It is universal. Many eastern countries have opted for the Latin alphabet and the great eastern nations are entirely accustomed to it, without any unequal relationship or embarrassment. Even the founders of planned languages such as Volapük, Interlingua, Esperanto and hundreds of others, used the Latin alphabet for their projects. Adopt any other than the latin alphabet, with minor adaptations like the accented letters (ĉapelitaj literoj) for Esperanto, is a linguistical setback.
