I wish that it were used more often; it's both logical and practical.The only thing I'd warn against is using "malcxi" with a Japanese native speaker, or someone else in the unique position where there are simply not just the nuances "here" and "there" (e.g. the ko-, so- and a(so)- stems of Japanese) as "malcxi" is more logical from a subjective point of view - that said malcxi's brilliant, just putting out the warning
Ĉiuj malĉi homoj looks totally okay to me. In fact, because of all this, I'm going to start using malĉi as often as possible.

(edit: colloquially it should be more than fine for any EOist, just a bit of a head scratcher for those not used to it - like me
