I am newer to Esperanto. and I was wondering if there was a website that can translates larger texts from Esperanto into English.

There could be several such websites, I don’t know, but does it make any sense? Think it twice: in less than a couple of months you’ll be reading those “larger texts” all by yourself. So keep studying and enjoy the experience!

Try http://lingvo.org/traduku/; it's not perfect (what machine translation is?) but it will give you an idea of what the text is about. It might even help you learn to a certain degree, since it translates words and affixes very literally.
