Masters and PHD

I have a BA in IT. I would love to get a Master's and PhD. Recently, I found out that some educational programs in Nordic countries are free, or next to free. Does anyone know about this? I would need the language of instruction to be English and it should be accredited also.

While I am on the topic, are there any Esperanto scholarships specifically for getting a Masters and PhD?

I am fairly sure that Germany offers in-English programs for free, but I'm not sure how difficult it is to get in.

There is a program in Poznan for Esperanto or Interlinguistics - and I think in Budapest, as well. Ask samideano D-ro Gobbi, he is the chair of a dept somewhere in Holland
