Is it possible to learn english and espiranto both ?

I'm interesting in progress of learning two languages in one time. Is it a good idea, will it interfere to reaching new progress of english language? ( native russian)

Have anyone here the same experience ?

I think it depends on you as an individual and your personal characteristics. Some individuals may be able to learn two languages at once without difficulty. Other individuals may find the task confusing. So there may not be a single or simple answer to your question. As for experience, I have not tried to learn two languages at once, but I have had some experience with international auxiliary languages. I have some knowledge of both Esperanto and Interlingua, and I have found that when I try to write one, I have interference from the other. Others may not have this experience.

Using Esperanto hinders me to activate my English. I must activate my English to get a job; so Esperanto must go into reservate.

I have been learning English for more than ten years.But my English is still not very well.Recently I start to learn Esperanto.I found that even Esperanto is similar to English,but I also won't get them mixed.Hope this will help you.

Esperanto is a easy language. I already know it. You can not learn it so long. Ten year is enough for nine esperantos.

Use Lernu.net in English.
Many people must learn English in a very long time.
Adapt Lernu.net English to the people who speak an other birthlanguage will be an opportunity for Lernu.net.
Some hundred millions of learners or much more study English like language two.
Learn together English and Esperanto would be a great success for Lernu.net and Esperanto.

It's a good idea.
Esperanto helps me to improve my english.
But don't learn more than three languages at the same time.

You can definitely learn English and Esperanto, but focus on Esperanto. It will help your English.
