Can someone clarify the use of "konstati" for me?
When I look it up, it seems that it can mean "to take note" or "to notice" but also "to ascertain." To me, these are different concepts.
To take note or to note, simply means that something occurred, or some condition was true, and it came under your conscious awareness. "To ascertain" has more of a meaning of determining something through investigation.
