1. It is formed from the roots libr-ar-ej-o
2. It still looks like a natural langauge word (Library)
But, I have never seen it yet. Is it ever used?

Technically we're supposed to take out the O right? But then you get such unpronouncable words as librpruntejo and librbutiko
