I saw a number of issues on that poll where "the people" spoke about what was important to them and President Obama didn't seem to take notice to many of those issues. In the past year, has the word "Esperanto" ever passed from his lips?

In my opinion, the government takes zero notice of these initiatives. I think the time and energy spent on these things are better spent elsewhere.
