so i was going over the affixes earlier, trying to memorize them, and i noticed something peculiar.
it says at the top of the page that there are 10 prefixes and 32 suffixes. but i only count 31 suffixes on the page..
is it just a typo, or is one suffix actually missing?

It's a typo. I compared the list provided on this site with the one in PMEG, both came out to 31.
