I learned with the ten-lesson free course. I guess it worked for me, since it was the only course I ever did, and I speak Esperanto now!

It has 1 workbook, 1 Jen Nia Mondo book, and three Jen Nia Mondo CDs.
I hope it will help me become fluent.

Sinanthiel:It has 1 workbook, 1 Jen Nia Mondo book, and three Jen Nia Mondo CDs.It will provide you with a good foundation, but I would get Part 2 of Jen Nia Mondo and the accompanying CDs as well. Also, the accent of the female speaker in Part 2 is distinctly better. I've checked that both parts are available from the ELNA retbutiko.
I hope it will help me become fluent.

Anyway, I am excited to learn Esperanto.
I started learning it back in 2008, but things came up in my life that were preventing me to come up with the time to learn the language. However, now things have changed, I am dedicated to putting as much effort in as possible. I bought some books, that will help me as well. One of them is Esperanto learning and using the international language. So far it's pretty good, and it's helped me out a bit.

andogigi:Welcome Sinanthiel. If you're looking for learning resources, you're going to find plenty of them out there. One of my favorites is the book "Teach Yourself Esperanto" by John Creswell and John Hartley. This book (along with this website) have answered many of my questions.Thank you, I will look into that book... I think I heard it's out of print.
I got my home study course today.
