Please help me to translate this in esperanto;

1 - Studded belt
2 - Camouflage pants
3 - Even if
4 - Ocarina (music instrument)
5 - A zoomed picture

The Plena ilustrita vortaro gives okarino for ocarina and zomi for zoom (thus zomita foto/bildo). Both appear on the Esperanto Wikipedia, for what that's worth. "Even if", in most contexts I can think of, is eĉ se. For example, "I wouldn't go even if you paid me," mi ne irus, eĉ se vi pagus min.

The other two I'm not sure about. Perhaps pantalono de kamuflaĵo for (2). For (1)... I'd probably just say zono kun metalaj garnaĵoj but I'm sure someone can come up with something better.

Regarding camouflage trousers, I'd say it depends if you're talking about actual military trousers used for camouflage or civilian trousers with camouflage patterns on it. If the latter, I'd say something like soldat-kolora pantalono or kamufl-kolora pantalono.

pantalono de kamuflaĵo = kamuflaĵpantalono ?

The Esperanto article on camouflage in Wikipedia offers:

Wikipedia:Homoj uzas kamuflajn vestojn, ekzemple en militoj aŭ en ĉasado.
So maybe it's something as simple as kamufla pantalono.

How do you write,"gone fishing"?

Studded belt seems to be "Ferlita zono".

""Ferlita brakringo estas ĉirkaŭmano kutime farita kun nigra ledo kaj kiu havas metalajn pikilojn""
