This is a tough one since furniture often has regional names even in English.

In that sort of furniture item the underneath storage spaces do not seem to be defining.
However the fact that you can walk all round it, have access from any side - which contrasts it with such an item as part of a fitted kitchen - does seem to be essential.
This does seem to me to be not fully captured in the concept of stablo, though many stabloj would have that feature.
I suspect that Kuireja insulo/kuirista insulo or similar might be readily understood in those countries that have the sort of kitchens that feature such things.
If you are very lucky JKP you might find it named in the obsessively detailed latest edition of the Esperanta Bildvorto. (You can find the first edition on the net, but that is based on rather old pictures - see pages 52, 53 for the kitchen)
