In my native native (portuguese) we have this rhetorical question as sarcasm mode of a bad situation, but I translated literally as fallows

Kio estas furzo por kiu estas fekata? (Is it correct, can you get the meaning?)

Gramatike la frazo ankaŭ ne estas ĝusta. Mankas subjekto por 'estas fekata'.
Eble estus pli bone traduki 'por/pro/per kiu/kio estas fekata la furzo?' - sed mi ankaŭ ne komprenas, kion devus signifi la frazo.
Aŭ pli simple 'Kiu fekis la furzon?'

Is this the idiom that you want translated?

O que é peido para isso é fekata

I suspect that you have mistranslated 'fekata'? But I could be wrong. (in Esperanto there is a verb 'feki'. I leave it to you to look it up in the dictionary).

I also guess that a grammatical/literal rendering of your idiom is probably along the lines of :

Kio estas furzo ke ĝi estu ....?.

aŭ

Mi dubas, ke en la portugala litero 'k' estas ofte uzata. Sed estas 'fechada' = 'fermita'.
Do eble estas 'Kio estas la furzo, por kiu (ĉi tie) estas fermite?'

Something in these lines.. "O que é um peido para quem já está cagado?" something like "What's a fart to someone who is crapped (already)?" (Literally)
