What is the correct way to say a sentence such as "Allow me to see that" in Esperanto? The object of the verb "allow" would be "me", but "that" is the object of "see".

So would "Permesu min vidi tiun" be correct? Or could that just as easily mean "Let that see me" since both "mi" and "tiu" end with "-n"?

(vi) permesu min (mi) vidi tiun

It seems that the pronouns here are implied; therefore, (vi) allow ME (mi) to see THAT.
Since you are telling someone to allow YOU (you become the person receiving the -n accusative), and then you are allowed to see THAT THING.
I could be wrong.

You are not talking about an animal right?
Then you could say, "Permesu min vidi ĝin"

I would say "Permesu ke mi vidas gxin."
